- Interview Strategies with Native American Children
Description: This webinar provided participants with interview strategies that can be used with Native American children and their families, who often have special needs when they are being asked to provide information regarding safety and recollection of events. Standard questioning or forensic interview methods do not always produce sound responses needed to increase child safety or develop safety plans. Dr. Melissa Riley presented participants with some commonly used approaches that are responsive to Native American families and their children, to increase positive outcomes.
- NVAA Program Evaluation
Description: Dr. Riley and Dr. Rheingold facilitated a 5-week webinar training in the Fall 2017.
