I had many hopes and dreams of what my company would look like in 5 or 10 years from its start date. Since that time, I have transitioned from full-time employee, student, and part-time consultant to a full-fledged business owner who has invested myself, resources, and work experience to help people. My company’s initial growth by ‘word of mouth’ speaks to my dedication to my clients by demonstrating integrity through quality work products. Now, NCDA has a high caliber team that consists of educators, helping professionals, environmentalists, scientists, and technical writers.NCDA provides services to a variety of local, tribal/Alaskan villages, state, and federal agencies.
I believe that people are the key to community development and success. Community development is about growing people to help grow businesses. We are successful when we have increased our ability to build community capacity and sustain services to all communities.
